If you are interested in Cozyrooms, please make an inquiry before leaving your home university. We will reply and then be aware of your interest and your approximate  arrival.. Even so, when you get here and call, be ready to give a brief summary of your query so we will recall your query and situation.

Some visiting faculty learn of Cozyrooms after arriving and do not have access to receiving email. and consequently cannot receive our reply to their query, giving contact information and so forth.

If you are such a visitor, you may call 510/420-3669. Please make sure to first read the query and be ready to provide the needed information. Call only between 9-11 am weekdays and 10-12 noon weekends. We set appointments in the morning in the previously mentioned times for that same day. We do not make appointments for future days.  We show rooms only at the time that you are actually ready to rent; we do not show in advance, nor do we hold rooms. Rooms are "as available" only.

The information on the query form is needed and is the first essential step in the process. Once in a while, however, something goes wrong and the query goes way-laid or some other out-of-the-ordinary, exceptional, unique, unforeseen, unusual circumstance occurs.
