We have just migrated this site and in the process something went haywire with the Query Form so it was going to the dead letter office somewhere in cyberspace. While we trying to fit it, we've posted this low tech Query Form is a substitute.

Please highlight the questions at the bottom of this page.

Press this link MAIL QUERY, and paste the questions into the body of the email form that pops up.

Then write in your replies to the questions.
